Peggy Sanchez is the Sr. Manager for Technical Publications for Cray Inc a supercomputer company. She earned her degree in Technical Writing and eventually her masters in Management of Technology. She has worked in computer hardware, medical device, engineering, and manufacturing companies using the latest tools to produce content. Her team is spread across four states including California, Colorado, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. At Cray she has led the transformation from a desktop publishing environment to single-source component content management system - allowing her team to scale production over 60%. Currently, the team is moving to user-centered documentation and audience-based delivery. She is passionate about content experiences and collects wordless instructions.
